At Pet Loves Studio, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If your order arrives damaged or in poor condition, you may request a refund or replacement within 30 calendar days of receiving the item.

Refunds or replacements will only be accepted under the following conditions:

• The product arrives broken, defective, or in visibly poor condition.

• Clear photographic evidence is provided within the 30-day window.

We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

• If the customer uploaded an incorrect photo or made a personalization error.

• If the product is in good condition but no longer wanted.

• For reasons unrelated to product quality or condition.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated in writing.
